Antique Regency Victorian Mahogany Chest of Drawers
A handsome 19th century, late Regency to early Victorian mahogany & veneers, straight fronted chest of drawers. Circa 1840s.
An impressive and well proportioned chest, fitted with two short over three long graduated drawers, with each drawer retaining their original and decorative brass pull handles. All raised on bracket feet and a shaped apron, with a subtle & well executed, linear boxwood inlay.
Original blue paper drawer linings still exist and are in great clean order, which is testament to the previous owner.

Constructed of solid mahogany and veneers, with solid carcass linings.
Condition: Solid, robust and fully functional with a consistent blend of age related wear that include dings, dents and scars. All drawers run well and are in great shape. Overall superb.
