A charming 19th century French, Louis Philippe shaped mirror, circa 1860s. The architectural rounded & deep moulded gesso frame, exhibits an enviable faux marble and walnut figuring. The original mirror plate with characterful foxing and age spots delivers on aesthetics & authenticity.
Old backboards with crude hanging arrangement further accentuate a sense of true honesty and integrity.
With good form & fairly small proportions, the mirror displays extremely well.
